目前,独立学院转设推进缓慢,面临较大的挑战。政府对独立学院转为公办高校的动力不足,独立学院内部利益方对独立学院转设为民办高校往往持有抵制态度。推进独立学院成功转设,需要政府、母体高校和独立学院等利益相关方的共同努力。政府加强对独立学院转设的引导,独立学院要增强转设过程中的各方动力,母体高校应加强与转设后的独立学院合作是独立学院转设的关键路径。

At present,the transformation of independent colleges is slowly advancing and facing greater challenges. The government is not motivated enough to change independent colleges into public colleges. The stakeholders within independent colleges often hold a resistance attitude towards the transformation from independent colleges to private colleges. Promoting the successful transformation of independent colleges requires the joint efforts of the government,the parent universities and independent colleges and other stakeholders. It is the key path to the transformation of independent colleges for the government to strengthen the guidance of independent colleges in the transformation,independent colleges to enhance the power of all parties in the process of the transformation and the parent universities to strengthen the cooperation with independent colleges after the transformation.
