大学生创业就业与乡村振兴的契合性具体表现在：能够获得更多创业就业的机遇，解决“就业难”问题；优化人才资源配置，解决人才浪费的困境；发展创新思维激发乡村产业，解决“三农”发展瓶颈。当前，大学生乡村创业就业还存在大学生的就业观念还不够开放成熟、大学生到农村创业就业的教育引导不够、大学生到农村创业就业环境不够健全的困境。鼓励大学生参与农村创业就业要重塑大学生就业观念，树立大学生农村就业创业信心；加强就业创业教育引导，提升大学生农村就业创业水平；优化就业创业环境，完善大学生农村就业创业服务体系。

The compatibility between college students' entrepreneurship & employment and rural revitalization is manifested in such aspects as being able to obtain more opportunities for entrepreneurship and employment to solve the problem of “employment difficulties”,optimizing the allocation of talent resources to solve the dilemma of talent waste,and developing innovative thinking to stimulate rural industries and solve bottlenecks in the development of “agriculture, rural areas, and farmers”. At present, there are still difficulties in rural entrepreneurship and employment for college students,such as the lack of open and mature employment concepts,insufficient education and guidance for rural entrepreneurship and employment of college students,and an inadequate environment for their rural entrepreneurship and employment. To encourage college students to participate in rural entrepreneurship and employment,we should reshape their employment concepts to establish their confidence in rural employment and entrepreneurship,strengthen the guidance of employment and entrepreneurship education to enhance the level of their rural employment and entrepreneurship, and optimize the employment and entrepreneurship environment to improve the rural employment and entrepreneurship service system for college students.
