我国小学教师培养路径的现代特征表现为:培养实施主体已逐步改变;培养要求已发生较大变化;就业环境与方式的影响逐步凸显;高师院校小学教师培养工作尚处于起步阶段。以“适应+引领”为特征的本专科层次小学教师培养模式包括培养目标的科学定位、专业的重新划分及课程体系的有效构建。培养过程中应予以重视并加以解决的两个突出问题则是:必须高度重视高师院校自身的教师队伍建设;必须重视学生自我教育的意识与能力培养。

Abstract:

Modern characteristics of cultivating way of primary-school teachers in China is manifested as the gradual change of cultivation and implementation of subjects, the great change of cultivating requirement, the gradual prominence of employment environment and mode influence and the starting stage for cultivating primary-school teachers in normal college. The cultivating mode for primary-school teachers at three- & four- year college levels characterized by"adaptation plus guidance" include the scientific orientation of cultivating goal, the restructure of specialties and the effective construction of curriculum system. The two obvious problems in cultivating that should be taken into account and solved are as follows: the great importance attached to constructing the teaching staff itself in university and to developing the consciousness and the ability of self education of students.
