维新变法失败以后,梁启超意识到国家的贫富强弱与国民整体文明素质之间的密切关系。因此,他主张实施恢复人的尊严、提高人的地位、承认人的价值,培养具有独立自由思想、权利与义务思想、进取冒险精神和尚武精神的新民教育。同时,梁启超也认识到了女子教育的重要价值。他通过确定女子教育的宗旨、女子教育的作用和提出女子教育的办学章程等途径,来完成对女子教育的建构,进而使其新民教育思想更加完善。梁启超的新民教育理论对当今教育教学改革仍具有十分重要的价值。
Abstract:After the failure of Constitutional Reform and Modernization, Liang qichao realized the overall national quality of civilization determined whether a country was rich and strong. So he advocated the new national education , which aimed at giving highlights to power as well as restoring people's dignity, enhancing people's status, acknowledging people's value, teaching people to have ideas of independence, freedom, rights and responsibilities and the enterprising spirit. At the same time, Liang qichao was also aware of the importance of female education. By defining the goal, role and regulations, he constructed the female education, thus perfecting the ideas of new national education. Liang qichao's theory of new national education is of great significance to the current reform of education.
