中小学教师继续教育校本课程开发适应教育改革和发展的需要,有利于教师专业发展和校本培训的开展。进行中小学教师继续教育校本课程开发首先要分析学校情形,确定中小学教师的需求;其次,要确定课程目标,在编写中小学教师继续教育《校本课程设计方案》的基础上,选择有针对性的培训方式和评价方法。同时,还应有一定的保障措施,以保证校本课程实施的顺利进行。
Abstract:The school-based course developing of primary and secondary school teachers'continuing education is the need meeting the reform and development of education,and it benefits the teachers in vocation development and the development of school-based training. The procedure to develop school-based course of primary and secondary school teachers'continuing education is to analyze the condition of school and fix need of primary and secondary school teachers; to determine the course goal;to choose training form and evaluation method with the direction on the basis of compiling "School-basedCourseDesign".Atthesametime,weshouldhavesomecertainassuringmeasurestoguaranteethecourses go on well.
