摘要:

创新职业院校“新农人”培育,既是全面推进乡村振兴的迫切需要,也是职业教育适应农业高质量发展的内在要求。全产业链视域下,职业院校培育“新农人”,在专业设置上应注重“强链”“增链”,在教学内容上应遵循综合和实践导向,平台建设应强化产教融合。当前,职业院校培育“新农人”存在的困境有:全产业链思维不足,专业设置不系统;全产业链引领不够,教学内容适应度低;滞后全产业链需求,平台资源不够完备。在全面推进乡村振兴战略的新征程上,应全链式设置职业院校“新农人”培育的专业体系,全链式组织职业院校“新农人”培育的教学内容,全链式打造职业院校“新农人”培育的平台资源。

Abstract:

The innovation of cultivating “new farmers”in vocational colleges is not only an urgent need to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,but also an inherent requirement for vocational education to adapt to the high-quality development of agriculture. From the perspective of the entire industry chain,to cultivate “new farmers”,vocational colleges should pay attention to“strengthening chain”and“increasing chain”in professional settings,follow comprehensive and practical guidance in teaching content,and strengthen the production-education integration in platform construction. Currently,the challenges in cultivating “new farmers”in vocational colleges include as follows:insufficient thinking on the entire industry chain and unsystematic professional settings,insufficient leadership in the entire industry chain and low adaptability of teaching content,and the lagging demand across the entire industrial chain and insufficiently developed platform resources. On the new journey of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,vocational colleges should establish a professional system for cultivating“new farmers”,organize the teaching content for cultivating “new farmers”,and create a platform resource for cultivating “new farmers”in vocational colleges.
