晋商不仅开创了中国历史上的商业奇迹，也为中华民族留下了丰厚的文化遗产，在融合儒家文化和山西地域文化的基础上，历经变迁发展形成了“诚实守信、开拓进取、和衷共济、务实经营”的精神内核。将晋商文化融入高校创新创业课程，能够从塑造大学生诚信经营的理念、培养大学生创新创业的精神、强化大学生团队共同体意识、增强大学生务实发展的能力。晋商文化融入高校创新创业课程的路径是：整合晋商文化育人资源，丰富培育大学生创新创业精神的场景应用；优化课程思政育人目标，明确创新创业课程育人方向；增设“项目式”学习评价机制，强化团队共同体的意识；打造创新创业实践平台，增强大学生务实发展的能力。

Shanxi merchants not only created a commercial miracle in Chinese history,but also left a rich cultural heritage for the Chinese nation. Based on the integration of Confucian culture and Shanxi regional culture,they have undergone the changes and development to form the spiritual core of “honesty and trustworthiness,pioneering and enterprising, solidarity, and pragmatic operation”. Integrating Shanxi merchants' culture into innovation and entrepreneurship courses in universities can shape the concept of honest management among college students,cultivate their spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship,strengthen their sense of teamwork and community,and enhance their practical development abilities. The path for integrating Shanxi merchants' culture into innovation and entrepreneurship courses in universities can be as follows:integrating the educational resources of Shanxi merchants' culture to enrich the scenario application for cultivating college students' innovation and entrepreneurship spirit,optimizing the goals of ideological and political education to clarify the direction of innovation and entrepreneurship courses education,establishing a“project-based”learning evaluation mechanism to strengthen the sense of teamwork and community,and building an innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform to enhance the practical development ability of college students.
