教师实践知识是近20年来教师知识研究中的一个独特课题,受后现代哲学思想的影响,教育理论界开始逐渐关注教师实践知识。教师实践知识在增强教师专业特性、改善教师教育和促进教师专业发展方面具有重要作用。因此,应加强对教师实践知识的研究。
Abstract：Teachers' practical knowledge is a particular topic in the research on teachers' knowledge in recent twenty years. Educational theoreticians begin to pay attention to teachers' practical knowledge because of the influence on the post-modern philosophical ideology. The paper narrates the research actuality of teachers' practical knowledge and analyses the operation of teachers' practical knowledge from three points of view: teachers' professional characteristics, education of teachers and teachers' professional development. Then the paper puts forward the problems about more research on teachers' practical knowledge.
