拓展训练在高校学生素质培养中的应用

知识经济时代,作为企业的管理者不仅需要具备智商,还必须具备情商和创新能力,他不仅能承受各种压力,还能团结和组织一个团队去完成既定的目标。而目前高等院校的学生本身就先天不足,传统教育中并不能培养学生这些素质,他们毕业后往往不能适应社会。近几年来在一些大城市开展的拓展训练已成功地对企业、行政机关的管理人员进行这方面的训练,而且效果很好。将拓展训练引入高等院校,对学生的素质教育远远胜过纯粹书本的教育。

Abstract:

In the age of knowledge economy the administrators of enterprise should be provided not only with IQ but also with EQ and the capacity of creativity, can not only bear various pressures but also unit and organize a group of people to fulfill the desired target. However, at present many university students themselves are congenitally deficient in these fields. Such qualities can't be cultivated by traditional education which makes them fail to adapt themselves to the society. In recent years the expansive training of the administrators of enterprises and administrative organs in these qualities is successfully carried out in some big cities, resulting in fruitful effects. The expansive training introduced into university will certainly have a greater advantage over textbook education in terms of students' quality education.
