地方应用型本科院校校地合作的办学模式是地方社会经济发展对人才需求这一外部引导力与高等教育办学转型的内驱力共同作用的必然选择。当前,地方应用型本科院校校地合作人才培养的困境主要是:校地互动有待加强,人才培养目标脱离地方经济转型需要,师资队伍结构不合理,产学研协同机制不健全。地方应用型本科院校应该凸显地方本科院校的地方性和应用型特色,立足地方发展制定人才培养目标,充分发挥服务地方的高校职能,创新校地联动机制。
Abstract:The educational mode of the school and local cooperation in local applied universities is an inevitable choice of the external guiding force of the talent demand in the local social and economic development and the internal drive of the transition of higher education. At present, it is faced with such major difficulties as the interaction of the school and local cooperation needing to be strengthened, the target of talent training divorced from the needs of local economic transformation, the unreasonable structure of teaching staff and the imperfect mechanism of the industryuniversity-institute cooperation. Local applied universities should highlight the local and applied characteristics of local universities, set up the talent-training target based on the development of local economy, give full play to the functions of universities in serving local economy and innovate the mechanism of the school and local linkage.
