乡土智联:乡村教师新型教研共同体的理论内涵、系统架构与实践路径

摘要:

高质量乡村教师队伍是促进乡村教育优质均衡发展的关键一环。乡土智联以乡土性、智联性、共生性为特征,是乡村教师新型教研共同体的核心特质所在。乡村教师新型教研共同体系统中,多元主体以项目愿景为驱动共同参与,强调建立以共享知识库为基石的协作网络架构,体现了以集体责任为导向的共同体行动指南,实现了以反思性发展为动力的专业成长效能提升。依托于乡村社会的血缘、地缘关系,乡村教师新型教研共同体的构建要深耕乡土文化基因,浸润乡土文明,探索乡村教研样态“在地化”;激发协同创新活力,培育中坚力量,助推乡村教研质量“效能化”;重构共生教研生态,集聚教研智慧,实现乡村教研行动“一体化”;活化乡土特色资源,融通现代文明,智联赋能乡村教研体系“现代化”。

Abstract:

A high-quality rural teaching team is a key link in promoting the quality and balanced development of rural education. Rural intelligent connection,characterized by locale,intelligence and symbiosis,is the core of the new teaching and research community for rural teachers. In this new community system,the entities involved,driven by the project visions, emphasize the establishment of a collaborative network based on a shared knowledge library,which demonstrates the community action guidelines with a focus on collective responsibilities and realizes the enhancement of professional growth efficacy powered by reflective development. Relying on the kinship and geographic relation in the rural society,the construction of this new community should be rooted in local culture genes,infiltrated with local civilization,and explore the localization of rural teaching and research patterns; stimulate the vitality of collaborative innovation,cultivate the backbone of the force,and promote the effectiveness of rural teaching and research quality;reconstruct symbiotic teaching and research The ecology of symbiotic teaching and research is reconstructed,and the wisdom of teaching and research is gathered to realize the“integration”of rural teaching and research actions;the resources of local characteristics are revitalized,and modern civilization is integrated,so as to modernize the teaching and research system of the countryside through intelligent connection.
