教学智慧对提高教育教学效果有着重要的作用。但是以往对教学智慧的思考是一种直线性的思维方式,不能让人们更加全面地对其掌握。源于已有研究对教学智慧的认识,我们要在关注实践的无限思维空间中认识、在总体上把握、在平淡的教学活动中找寻,以"变化"和"细腻"的眼光把握教学智慧。教学智慧不仅以显性的方式存在,还以隐性的方式存在,对于隐性的教学智慧,教师要在教学反思活动做铺垫的基础上以悟的方式去获得教学智慧。

Teaching wisdom plays a very important role in enhancing the teaching effect in education.But in the past we used to thing about teaching wisdom in a linear way, thus unable to grasp it comprehensively.Based on the available researches about the teaching wisdom, we find that people should recognize it in the infinite thought space paying attention to practice, and see it as a whole.Meanwhile, we should also search for it in the common teaching activities and understand it with a changeable and minute viewpoint.We have both explicit and implicit teaching wisdom.For the latter one, teachers should acquire the teaching wisdom in the way of"understanding"on the basis of reflective activities.
