“师生共进”的有效教学评价标准建构

摘要:

课程改革及其影响下的教学观念革新要求重新思考有效教学的内涵和标准。立足教学促进师生生命发展的高度,有效教学标准应以师生共同发展为价值取向,并依据课堂教学展开的内在逻辑,以教学目标的达成、教学过程的合理安排和创造性活动的开展为主要评价内容,以指向师生外显行为的操作性评价指标和指向教师内隐情感和思想的评价指南为主要构成要素,强调自评与他评相结合,兼顾教学过程与结果。

Abstract:

Due to the curriculum reform and the innovation of teaching views under its influence,we need to rethink the connotation and standard of effective teaching.Teaching improves the life quality of teachers and students, and based on this,the standard of effective teaching takes the common development of both teachers and students as its value orientation.And on the basis of inner logic of classroom teaching,its evaluation contents are mainly the attainment of teaching goals,the reasonable arrangement of teaching process and the implementation of creative activities,and composed of operational evaluation index pointing to the explicit behavior of teachers and the evaluation guidelines pointing to the implicit emotion and thoughts of teachers,it emphasizes the combination of self-assessment and peer-assessment,balancing the teaching process and teaching results.
