陶行知生利主义教育思想是我国职业教育理论体系的重要基石，对破解当代职业教育高质量发展难题具有深刻的意义。其在当代具有以“生利”锚定职业教育类型定位、以“实用”破解产教融合现实困境、以“利群”铸就学生职业精神内核、以“动态”赋能未来素养持续发展的价值。基于陶行知生利主义教育思想，开发以“生利”为核心的课程体系，打造虚实融合的实训平台，多元协同构建职教教师队伍，以“试习-乐业”模式深植学生职业认同感，能为新时代职业教育高质量发展注入思想动力与实践遵循。

Tao Xingzhi's profit-oriented educational philosophy is an important cornerstone of China's vocational education theoretical system,and has profound significance in solving the problem of high-quality development of contemporary vocational education. It has the value of anchoring vocational education types with “profit generation” in contemporary times,solving the reality dilemma of industry-education integration with “practicality”,forging the core of students' professional spirit with “benefit to the masses”,and empowering the sustainable development of future literacy with “dynamics”. Based on Tao Xingzhi's profit-oriented educational philosophy,we have developed a curriculum system centered on “profit generation”,created a practical training platform that integrates reality and virtuality,and built a diverse and collaborative team of vocational education teachers. We have deeply rooted students' sense of professional identity through the “trial learning & happy work” model,which can inject ideological motivation and practical guidance into the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.
