校企合作中的利益相关者分为核心层次利益相关者和外围层次利益相关者,其中核心层次利益相关者包含了高职院校、企业、教师和学生,外围层次利益相关者涵盖了政府、行业协会、家长、社会媒介等单元,彼此相互合作、紧密联系。高职院校校企合作应建立利益相关者共同管理的高效运行机制,建立安全保障体系,创新校企合作共同考核和评价机制,建立校企合作信息沟通和资源共享平台,构建双导师育人机制,建立柔性化教学管理机制。

The stakeholders in school-enterprise cooperation can be classified into core-level stakeholders and external-level ones, core-level stakeholders including vocational colleges, enterprises, teachers and students, and external-level ones covering government, industry associations, parents and social media, who cooperate each other and are closely contacted. In the school-enterprise cooperation of vocational colleges it is necessary to establish the efficient operation mechanism of joint management of stakeholders, the security system, the joint assessment and evaluation mechanism for an innovative school-enterprise cooperation, the platform of information communication and resource sharing for the cooperation, the double-supervisor educational mechanism and the flexible teaching management mechanism.
