教师实践性知识是教师从事教育教学工作必需的知识之一,也是职前教师在教师专业成长的初期必须予以重视的。从个人生活史的角度来看,促进职前教师实践性知识生成的路径有:关注先前经验,奠定教师职业意识;学习教学案例,建构个人实践性知识;参加教育教学实践活动,培养和提升实践能力。
Abstract:Practical knowledge is necessary for teachers to carry out education and instruction,and also deserves attention from pre-service teachers in their early professional development. From the perspective of personal life history,there are the following ways for pre-service teachers to form the practical knowledge:raising their professional awareness by focusing on the previous experiences;constructing their practical knowledge by learning from the practical teaching cases;and improving their practical ability through constant teaching practice.
