小学英语教师专业发展共同体的构建与发展

摘要:

近年来,我国小学英语教师专业发展的在职培训存在着时效性弱、监管力度差、受力面少、培训手段单一等问题。借鉴美国教师专业发展学校模式,我国应构建小学英语教师专业发展共同体,即创建我国小学英语教师知识与能力体系;制定和完善我国英语教师专业发展评估体系;鼓励大学与小学的长期合作;促进教师教育的持续性发展;加大教育和科研的紧密结合。

Abstract:

In recent years, the in-service training of primary school English teachers' professional development has such problems as the weak timeliness, the poor supervision, only a few force planes and the simplistic training tools. Learning from the model of American professional development school for teacher, China should build the professional development community of primary school English teachers, that is, to create the knowledge and ability system of primary school English teacher, to develop and improve the professional development evaluation system of English teacher, to encourage the long-term cooperation between the University and the primary school, to promote the sustainable development of teacher education and to increase the close integration of education and research.
