英国在体育师资培养中明确教师合格标准,严控教师认证机制;注重体育教师的跨学科思维培养和多学科知识教育;完善职前职后培训,注重实践和理论相结合;以学校为师资培养基地,注重学生的教育实习。美国注重教师职前职后培养,实现体育教师的专业化发展;完善体育教师学历教育,培养各层次体育人才;加快体育教师行业专业化,严格体育教师资格认定和准入机制。借鉴两国经验,我国应丰富体育教师教育课程,培养多学科知识结构的体育教师;以学校为实习基地,进行系统的教育实习;完善体育教师资格考试制度,严格把控认证机制;加强职后继续教育培训,丰富培训方式和内容;注重学历教育,实现体育教师专业化发展。
Abstract:In the training of sports teachers, UK defines the qualified standards of teachers and strictly controls the certification mechanism of teachers; pays attention to the cultivation of interdisciplinary thinking and multidisciplinary knowledge education of sports teachers; perfects pre-service and post-service training to affix great value to the combination of practice and theory; takes schools as the training base of teachers and attaches importance to students' educational practice. US lays stress on the pre-service and post-service training and the professional development of sports teachers; improves the education of sports teachers' academic qualifications and cultivates sports professionals at all levels; speeds up the professionalization of sports teachers' profession, and strictly enforces the mechanism of qualification identification and admission of sports teachers. Referring to the experience of the two countries,China should enrich the curriculum of sports teachers and train them with multi-disciplinary knowledge structure; take schools as practice bases to carry out the systematic educational practice; improve the system of sports teachers' qualification examination and strictly control the accreditation mechanism; strengthen post-service continuing education training and enrich training methods and contents; emphasize academic education to realize the professional development of sports teachers.
