摘要:

课堂生态意识就是把课堂看作生态系统,用生态化的思想理解和把握课堂的一种教育观念、态度和倾向。课堂生态意识不是外部强加的,它既是课堂生态系统的内在要求,也是生态课堂建构的使命使然。教师的课堂生态意识主要由整体意识、开放意识、共生意识、文化敏感意识和动态生成意识等内容组成。创建学校生态文化、扩大课堂教学自主权、加强生态学知识学习、开展课堂教学反思等是提高教师课堂生态意识的有效策略。

Abstract:

Classroom ecological consciousness actually regards the classroom as an ecological system, which is an educational thought: understanding and grasping the classroom as some kind of educational idea, attitude and tendency.Classroom ecological consciousness is not only the intrinsic requirement of classroom ecosystem, but also the special constructional mission of a ecological classroom, while not imposed from outside. Teacher's classroom ecological consciousness mainly consists of the overall consciousness, opening consciousness, symbiosis consciousness, cultural sensitive consciousness and dynamic production consciousness,and so on. So there is an effective strategy to improve teachers' classroom ecological consciousness through creating the school ecological culture, expanding the autonomy of classroom teaching, enhancing the ecological knowledge study and conducting classroom teaching introspection.
