当前,地方应用型高校音乐专业实习教学存在对实习教学的认识程度不够、实习教学环节设置不够科学和缺乏有效的实习教学评价体系的问题。厘清产教融合育人优势,有利于实现学校的育人目标、提高学生的综合能力以及增强行企的竞争活力。高校要从产教融合提升实习教学认识、完善实习教学环节和基地建设、建立有效的实习评价体系三方面入手开展校企合作,推动音乐专业实习教学的改革。

At present, there are some problems in practice teaching of music major in local applied universities,such as insufficient understanding of practice teaching, unscientific setting of practice teaching links and lack of effective evaluation system of practice teaching. To clarify the advantages of industry-education integration is conducive to achieving the educational objectives of schools, improving the comprehensive ability of students and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Universities should cooperate with enterprises to promote the reform of practice teaching for music major from such three aspects as enhancing the understanding of practice teaching, improving the links of practice teaching and base construction, and establishing an effective evaluation system of practice teaching through industry-education integration.
