高等教育作为教育体系中层次较高、结构完整、模式成熟的培养方式,是落实国家精准扶贫、精准脱贫基本方略的重要主体。它与精准扶贫的对象相近、目标互补、内容交叉、实践相符,能够有效解决贫困地区的教育供需失衡、红利分配不公、自主脱贫不足等问题。但是目前高等教育扶贫存在机制不健全、师资不充足、效益不理想以及就业有脱节等问题,必须从高等教育规律出发,抓住教育扶贫的重点方向,突出高等教育的价值所在,助力精准扶贫事业发展。

Higher education, as a high-level, complete structure and mature mode of education system, is an important subject to implement the basic national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty elimination.It has the close objective, complementary objective, cross content and consistent practice of targeted poverty alleviation, and can effectively solve the imbalance between educational supply and demand, unfair dividend distribution, and insufficient self-help poverty alleviation in the poor areas. However, at present, the mechanism of poverty alleviation in higher education is not perfect, teachers are insufficient, efficiency is not ideal, employment is disjointed and so on.We must proceed from the law of higher education, grasp the key direction of poverty alleviation in education, highlight the value of higher education, and help the development of targeted poverty alleviation.
