由制造大国走向制造强国,需要大力培育现代工匠。现代工匠应该匠心、匠能和匠蕴"三匠合一"。职业教育要理性顺应社会发展的时代诉求,基于"三个层面",构建现代工匠培育的立体架构;围绕"三个重点",突出现代工匠培育的本质要求;突显"三个纳入",改革现代工匠培育的评价方式,以期更好地培育现代工匠,为社会发展作出贡献。
Abstract:From a big manufacturing country to a manufacturing power, we should energetically cultivate modern craftsmen. Modern craftsmen should be the men with "three masters in one"including ingenuity, craftsmanship and artisan potential. To rationally conform to the demands of the times of social development in the vocational education we should build the three-dimensional structure of the modern craftsman cultivation based on "three levels", focus on the "three key points"to highlight the essential requirements of the modern craftsman cultivation, and spotlight the"three inclusions"and reform the evaluation mode of the modern craftsman cultivation in order to better cultivate the modern craftsman and contribute to the development of the economy and society.
