内部治理是我国民办高校高质量发展的核心保障。由于政教治理失衡与民主参与失范,我国民办高校内部治理陷入共治弱化的困境。我国民办高校可以借鉴美国私立大学内部治理的经验,采用“分权”与“制衡”强化共同治理来突破内部治理面临的困境,进而优化我国民办高校内部治理结构,提升内部治理能力,推动我国民办高校的高质量发展。

Internal governance is the core guarantee for the high-quality development of private universities in China. Due to the imbalance of political and educational governance and the anomie of democratic participation,the internal governance of private universities in China has fallen into the dilemma of weakening co-governance. China's private universities can learn from the experience of internal governance of American private universities and adopt“decentralization”and “restriction”to strengthen co-governance to solve the difficulties faced by internal governance,so as to optimize the internal governance structure of China's private universities,improve the internal governance capacity and promote high-quality development.
