"课程思政"既是本科人才培养改革的创新实践,也是社会高质量高水平人才培养的现实响应。"课程思政"有利于构建完善的目标价值体系,实现知识传授与价值引领同频共振;开发全面的内容资源体系,实现专业课程与思政要素渗透融合;调动全员的教师队伍体系,实现专职力量与兼职力量协同合作;拓展开放的育人时空体系,实现全程贯通与广域覆盖同步驱动。以"课程思政"提升高校本科人才培养能力的实践路径是强化顶层设计,构建"课程思政"育人长效机制;提升专业水平,优化"课程思政"教师队伍建设;加大投入力度,重视高校"课程思政"资源开发。
Abstract:"Ideology and politics teaching in all course"is not only an innovative practice of undergraduate talents training reform, but also a realistic response of high-quality and high-level personnel training in society. It is conducive to building a perfect target value system, realizing the same frequency resonance between knowledge imparting and value leading; developing a comprehensive content resource system to realize the infiltration and integration of professional courses and ideological-political elements; mobilizing the subjective teaching team of the whole staff to realize the collaboration between full-time and part-time forces; expanding the open space-time educating system to realize the synchronized drive of whole process and wide coverage. The practical way to enhance the training ability of undergraduate talents by means of"ideology and politics teaching in all course"is to strengthen top-level design, build a long-term mechanism of"ideology and politics teaching in all course"; improve the professional level and optimize the construction of the teachers; increase the investment and emphasize the development of"ideology and politics teaching in all course"in colleges.
