在教育强国建设与“全人类共育”理念深化的背景下，家校社协同育人政策作为构建良好教育生态的关键支撑，其变迁历程与演进逻辑具有重要的研究价值。我国家校社协同育人政策变迁经历了萌芽探索期、奠基深化期和规范立法期三个阶段，其中，协同主体角色迭代是驱动政策变迁的核心引擎，协同学习机制创新是赋能政策创新的动力源泉，协同政策环境调适是支撑政策变迁的生态基石。未来需从深化协同治理，释放行动者动能；推进政策学习，助力制度性变革；优化政策环境，提升治理效能三方面突破协同困境，构建适应时代需求的协同育人政策体系，助力教育高质量发展与教育现代化建设。
Abstract：Against the backdrop of the construction of an educational power and the deepening of the concept of“co-education for all mankind”,the policy of home-school-community collaborative education,as a key support for building a favorable educational ecosystem,has significant research value in its evolution process and logic. The policy change of collaborative parenting among families,schools and communities in our country has gone through three stages,namely,germination and exploration,foundation and deepening,and standardization and legislation. Among them,the iteration of the roles of collaborative subjects is the core engine driving the policy change,the innovation of collaborative learning mechanism is the source of motivation empowering the innovation of the policy,and the adjustment of the collaborative policy environment is the ecological cornerstone supporting the change of the policy. In the future,it is necessary to deepen collaborative governance to release the kinetic energy of actors,promote policy learning to help institutional change,and optimize the policy environment to enhance the effectiveness of governance to break through the collaborative dilemma,build a collaborative parenting policy system that adapts to the needs of the times,and help the high-quality development of education and the construction of educational modernization.
