教育家精神既是对中华优秀传统文化的赓续与弘扬,也是对高质量教师队伍建设的最高期待,它指明了新时代教师队伍应具备的精气神。教育家精神引领师范教育高质量发展,要以信念为基,锚定师范育人目标;以创新为力,驱动师范课程变革;以担当为责,彰显师范教育品格。当前,教育家精神在引领师范教育高质量发展的过程中存在教育理念缺乏统一认识、课程体系缺乏有效整合、教育实践缺乏合理设计等困境。在新时代背景下,教育家精神引领师范教育高质量发展的路径是:教育理念要做到志育并举、德才兼备,课程体系要做到德厚艺专、思行致远,教育实践要做到合志同修、共育贤才。
Abstract:The spirit of educators is not only the continuation and promotion of excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also the highest expectation for the construction of a high-quality teaching team,indicating the vitality and spirit that the teaching team in the new era must possess. The spirit of educators guides the high-quality development of normal education,anchoring the goals of normal education with beliefs as the basis,promoting the curriculum reform of normal education with innovation as the driving force,and demonstrating the character of normal education with responsibility as the duty. Currently,the spirit of educators in leading the high-quality development of normal education faces such challenges as lack of unified understanding of educational concepts,ineffective integration of curriculum systems,and inadequate design of educational practices. In the context of the new era,the path of high-quality development of normal education guided by the spirit of educators is as follows:the educational philosophy should achieve both aspiration and education,both morality and talent;the curriculum system should be honest and kind in morality,specialized in art,and far-reaching in thinking and action;the educational practice should achieve the unity of aspiration and cultivation of talented individuals.
