欧美国家高职教育人才培养体系具有灵活性、多样性及稳固性等特点。欧美国家高职教育培养可分成职业意识的预注期、职业能力的养成期以及职业素养的习得期等三个阶段。我国高职教育人才培养应弥补职业意识的预注期,夯实职业能力的养成期,并加强职业能力的发展期。
Abstract:The talent training system in Europe and US higher vocational education is characterized by flexibility,diversity and stability,and can be divided into such three phases as the preliminary period of vocational consciousness,the developed period of vocational ability and the acquisition period of vocational quality.In the talent training system of higher vocational education,China should make up for the preliminary period of vocational consciousness,consolidate the developed period of vocational ability and strengthen the developing period of vocational ability.
