美育在人才培养过程中起着重要的作用。塑造人格,培养自信;开发智力,培养创造性思维;转移注意力,缓解压力;提高境界,发展完满人性。美育的实施途径主要有家庭教育、学校教育和传媒教育。
Abstract：The aesthetic education plays an important role in personnel training.It can shape personality and bring up self-confidence;develop intelligence and cultivate creative thinking;divert attention and relieve stress;improve the state of mind and develop the perfect human nature.The aesthetic implementation methods mainly include the family education,the schooling and the media education.
