社区教育与社区治理存在天然联系。作为社区教育的重要内容，生态教育的目标设定、内容建构与活动实施均需以生态治理为导向，深度嵌入社区生态治理的全流程与各环节。社区生态教育促进生态治理的内在逻辑关联体现为内生动力的同源性、价值向度的相通性、实践结构的一致性和效能演进的循环性。当前，社区生态教育促进生态治理的功能样态主要表现为，生态危机弥合功能、生态技能传递功能、生态行为唤醒功能和生态伦理培育功能。社区生态教育促进生态治理功能实现的保障机制包括决策导向、利益分配、监督评估和服务投入制度。社区生态教育多元功能的协同释放，能够推动社区生态治理向共治善治转型，持续提升基层治理体系与治理能力现代化水平。

There is a natural connection between community education and community governance. As an important part of community education,the goal setting,content construction,and activity implementation of ecological education need to be guided by ecological governance,deeply embedded in the entire process and various links of community ecological governance. The inherent logical connection of promoting ecological governance through community ecological education is reflected in the homogeneity of endogenous driving forces,the similarity of value dimensions,the consistency of practical structures,and the cyclical evolution of effectiveness. At present,the functional forms of community ecological education in promoting ecological governance mainly include the functions of ecological crisis resolution, ecological skill transmission, ecological behavior awakening, and ecological ethics cultivation. The guarantee mechanism for promoting ecological governance through community ecological education includes decision-making orientation,benefit distribution,supervision and evaluation,and service investment system.The collaborative release of multiple functions of community ecological education can promote the transformation of community ecological governance towards co-governance and good governance, and continuously improve the modernization level of grassroots governance system and governance capacity.
