教育正义和正义教育是现今教育正义研究中两种主要的研究范式。正义教育范式关注宏观,力图通过教育制度的建构对教育资源进行公平的配置,以使教育达到正义;教育正义范式关注微观领域里具体的不正义现象,通过消除不正义现象使教育个体得到社会的认可,进而使教育达到正义。由于两种研究范式具有不同的理论起点、实践路径以及教育研究中的分歧,使它们产生之初就有了分化的特征。但从教育整体的发展需要看,有必要将两种范式进行规整和融合。

Educational justice and justicial education are two major research paradigms in nowadays educational research. Justicial education paradigm keeps a watchful eye on the macroscopic,which is trying to distribute a fair education resources through the construction of the educational system in order to make education achieve justice;Educational justice paradigm concern specific microscopic areas of injustices,by eliminating the injustices to make individual education be recognized by society to make education achieve justice. Since the two paradigms have different theoretical starting points,practice pathes and differences in educational research,they will have different characteristics at the beginning. However,from the whole development of education,it is necessary to put in order and fuse the two paradigms.
