毕业设计模式的改革和质量监控是实现工科院校创新型人才培养的重要环节。然而,近几年来机械类本科毕业设计的质量出现下滑的趋势,未达到锻炼学生独立思维和综合实践能力的目的。通过对浙江省高校毕业设计的抽样调查发现,机械类本科毕业设计存在教学实践和生产实践脱节、教师对毕业设计教学工作不够重视等问题,这就需要对机械类本科毕业设计的运作模式进行探索和改革,即要规范毕业设计工作的程序和内容,力求探索多层次、综合性的创新性毕业设计模式,拓展毕业设计的选题范围;加强对毕业设计指导教师的培训,建立团队指导模式;加强对毕业设计的开题、中期检查及答辩的整个过程的监控和管理,以提高毕业设计质量。

The reform of graduation design pattern and quality control is an important link to train the innovative qualified personnel in engineering colleges. However,in recent years the design of bachelor’s degree graduation in mechanical majors tends to decline in terms of quality and therefore fails to achieve the purpose of training the student’s abilities of independent thinking and comprehensive practice. Through the sampling survey of graduation design in universities of Zhejiang it has been found out that in the design of bachelor’s degree graduation in mechanical majors there exist such problems as divorcing the teaching practice from production practice and insufficient attention to graduation-design teaching the teachers don’t pay,which requires the exploration and reform of operational mode of bachelor’s degree graduation design in mechanical majors,that’s to say,to standardize the procedures and contents of graduation-design work,to strive to explore the multi-level,comprehensive and innovative graduation-design mode,to expand the scope of selection of topics;to strengthen the training of instructors for graduation design and build a team-guiding mode;to strengthen the monitoring and management of the whole process of proposal presentation for graduation design,medium-term examination and thesis defense so as to improve the quality of graduation design.
